The Model 422 hydraulic swing gate operator is designed for private residences. It comes in two versions; the standard 422 operator and the high speed version for pedestrian gates for leafs from 1.2 m to 3 m and for pedestrian gates in two model from 0.8 m to 1.2 m. The 422 offers many of the benefits of a large gate operator in a compact form. Hydraulic swing gate operators are inherently safer than other types of operators because they have fewer “pinch points”. In addition, FAAC Model 422 operators are equipped with a hydraulic bypass valve for extra entrapment protection and a manual release that allows the gate to be operated if there is a power failure. The Model 422 can also lock your gate in your choice of the opened or close position and it can be mounted inside the gate and still allow the gate to open to the inside or to the outside.
